Our wedding is in Point Loma, San Diego. It's located very close to the San Diego Airport (SAN) as well as the Old Town San Diego Amtrak station. The Amtrak Pacific Surfliner is a scenic ~3 hour ride from LA's Union Station (Maddie would know — she used to take it to/from her parents' house in college).

See the Travel page for our hotel blocks. Those are just suggestions — there are unlimited hotel options around San Diego! We do recommend staying on the Point Loma peninsula for full event immersion & convenience. There are also lots of AirBNBs around the area!

Uber/Lyft/taxis are plentiful in San Diego, and Waymo is supposed to expand to San Diego sometime in 2026! Maddie is hoping she can show up in a Waymo — we'll see what the service area ends up being.

For those driving to the wedding, there is plenty of street parking around The Thursday Club, as well as a few handicap parking spots available right in front of the venue.

Our farewell brunch the morning after the wedding is in Carlsbad at Maddie's parents' house! Please note it is a 45 minute drive north of the Thursday Club — if you are driving back to LA or are willing to make the trek, we'd love it if you stopped by to reflect on the wedding with us and enjoy some delicious breakfast! It will be drop-in style from 9–11am.

There is plentiful street parking in Carlsbad.

For our wedding day, the dress code is semi-formal! Spring colors, floral patterns, and fun outfits are encouraged. Wear what makes you feel amazing! Please no jeans or white dresses.

For our farewell brunch, the dress code is casual.

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at The Thursday Club.

We will have an after-party somewhere in Point Loma (exact location TBD — stay tuned).

Yes, please plan accordingly! There will also be plenty of non-alcoholic options available.

If you have been given a plus-one, it will be specified when invitations are sent out a few months before the wedding.

There will be a spot to note these on our RSVP form! However, if you're concerned, please feel free to shoot Maddie or Ryan a text in advance.
